Alison Bahm
Atlanta native, full-service Realtor®, and unapologetic straight-shooter. Your in-town neighborhood guru.
Her approach to real estate is simple: no fluff, no pretense, no bullshit — just honest guidance, deep local knowledge, and a genuine love for helping folks find their place in Atlanta.
Ask around and you'll notice something: most Atlanta Realtors® aren't actually from here. Alison is. Born and raised Southern, she grew up around this city long before she ever sold a house in it — and that's the difference clients notice first. She's not reciting neighborhood facts from a script; she knows which streets flood, which blocks are about to pop, and which "up-and-coming" claims are just marketing.
Her path into real estate came through a lifelong obsession with design and architecture — the kind of person who notices bad crown molding from across a room. That eye for detail, paired with a perfectionist streak, is a big part of why she's consistently ranked among the top 5% of Atlanta agents. But rankings aside, what actually keeps her booked is referrals — most of her clients come from other clients, which tends to happen when people genuinely like working with you and trust you not to sugarcoat things.
Buying or selling with Alison means someone in your corner who's meticulous about the details that matter (staging, pricing, marketing that actually gets a listing seen) and refreshingly blunt about the ones that don't. She's also not disappearing the day after closing — her network of trusted local contractors, inspectors, and vendors means she's often the first call clients make years later when something in the house needs fixing.
Outside of work, Alison lives in Toco Hills (not just "north Atlanta" or some vaguer neighborhood — she'll correct you) with her dog Enzo (allegedly sweet, reportedly not), splits her free time between traveling and wandering Atlanta's neighborhoods she doesn't already know by heart, and has strong, non-negotiable opinions about where to eat — Bocca Lupo, Miller Union, Spring, and El Pollo Primo included.
